How does the sunrise wake-up work?
Before your alarm time, the lamp comes on softly and gets gradually brighter, so the room is already glowing warm when your alarm goes off.
What are the wake modes?
Three: light and sound, sound only, or light only. The alarm sound rises step by step, with 16 volume levels.
What's sunset mode?
At bedtime, the light dims down gradually. You choose how long it takes, from 10 to 120 minutes.
What colors and brightness levels are there?
Besides the warm sunrise glow, there are several ambient glow colors for an evening bedside light. Brightness has 20 levels, so it can be as bright or as soft as you like.
What's in the box?
The clock and its power cable. It has a US plug for a standard wall outlet.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free in the US.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Message us on chat or email support@lumisco.us and we'll send a prepaid return label. Using it is fine and you don't need the box. Full refund once it's back. See our refund policy.
